35 weeks pregnant with the first. For a few weeks I have strange spots Numb (about as big as my hand) on both sides of my navel. I asked the doctor about this and he told me that this is nothing to fear. I'm not too worried about it, but no one knew?

This is normal. I regret it very unpleasant and annoying. Usually seen in women who are more than 33-40 weeks. The reason is that the baby pressing on a nerve. Try rubbing in a circular motion in areas that are frozen and some stretching always helps.
